This program is open to companies in NWC’s region doing business in one of the three key industry sectors in our region: construction, healthcare or manufacturing.On-the-Job TrainingHire and train a new employee missing required skills for your company. NWC may reimburses up to 50% of wages, usually for 3 months and no more than 6 months. This program is open to companies in NWC’s region doing business in one of the three key sector industries in our region: construction, healthcare or manufacturing.
