Prior to covid I won the 2019 holiday season by coaching and supporting our new hire/collections team to earn 1 million in sales while also working with our newest team the Add To Bag(ATB) team as a Nesting coach as well. I helped to develop a call flow for our ATB team to help increase sales from in sales a month to went back to sales during covid as one of the few who got to saty with the company during shut down.
