As a healthcare leader with over 24 years of experience and CRC, CPCO credentials, I have a strong track record of delivering solutions that improve the quality, efficiency, and affordability of healthcare services. My expertise spans across Medicare, Marketplace, and Medicaid populations, with a focus on risk adjustment, quality initiatives, program integrity and value based contracting.Most recently, I was the Vice President of Program Integrity and Product Optimization at Signify Health, a leading provider of value-based care and in-home solutions. There, I was responsible for supporting the design, implementation, optimization and governance of innovative products and programs that enhanced the accuracy, compliance, and performance of risk adjustment operations. I led and worked alongside a cross-functional team of product managers, analysts, engineers, and clinicians, and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, improvement and satisfaction. My passion is identifying and executing on the necessary changes to improve healthcare access, delivery, costs, and innovation for all populations by empowering consumers, providers and payers with more efficient, effective, coordinated and connected care teams, programs, processes and solutions.
