ABOUT DONNA MCCUTCHEN

Donna is a senior behavioral health executive and strategic clinical leader, serving as Chief Clinical Officer at Bend. She brings deep expertise in digital behavioral health and a strong record of scaling high-performing clinical organizations. Her leadership spans building and operationalizing virtual care programs at national scale, standing up a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program, launching a comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation Program, and previously building and running a successful private practice serving children, adolescents, and families.With extensive experience across clinical operations, supervision, and enterprise strategy, Donna has led the design and execution of evidence-informed care models that integrate product development, quality infrastructure, JCAHO accreditation, and real-time outcomes analytics. Her work consistently advances clinical innovation, strengthens operational rigor, and drives measurable improvements in care quality and member experience.A licensed psychotherapist, Donna is recognized for her expertise in complex care, neurodiversity, dual-diagnosis treatment, psychological assessment, behavioral analysis, and risk management. She has served as a court-qualified expert witness, Parenting Coordinator, and Custody Evaluator across Florida’s Third, Fourth, Seventh, and Eighth Judicial Circuits, and is also a Supreme Court–certified mediator. A graduate of Florida State University, Donna remains committed to shaping the future of behavioral health through strategic leadership, clinical excellence, and a forward-looking vision for system-wide innovation.
