ABOUT DONNA MCCULLOUGH

As chief operating officer of the Alzheimer’s Association, I lead the organization\'s strategy to implement its mission priorities in communities nationwide, while engaging people living with the disease, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders, all in service of our vision of a world without Alzheimer\'s and all other dementia. I oversee our nationwide Development, Programs and Mission Engagement, Concern and Awareness, and Conference Services departments, as well as our 75 local chapters across the country.I am deeply committed to improving the lives of people impacted by Alzheimer\'s and all other dementia. In my time at the Association, I’ve built and continue to guide a best-in-class fundraising portfolio that has delivered consistent growth for more than a decade, which ensures the organization has the resources it needs to invest in groundbreaking research and quality care and support. I also designed and led the implementation of a community engagement model that now mobilizes a record number of volunteers, stakeholders, and partners in support of our mission in communities across the country. And, I oversee the Association\'s Programs and Mission Engagement team\'s strategy for developing and implementing innovative new risk reduction, early detection, and care and support initiatives that enable communities and health care providers to deliver quality care for everyone, everywhere.
