About Donna Little

With 23 years of experience at Microsoft - 11 in business program management, and 12 years in the Microsoft sales organization, I am a seasoned leader who can drive the evolution and execution of companywide strategies and frameworks through customer focus, global experience, and cross-organization agility. I have an MBA from Seattle University with a certification in Executive Leadership. As the Director of Business Programs at Microsoft and now as a Senior Consultant, I create and implement the lifecycle policies that provide transparent and predictable support timelines for customers and partners, allowing them to plan and maximize the value of their investment in Microsoft products. These policies increase competitive differentiation for Microsoft by enabling customers and partners to better plan for and derive value from their Microsoft-related investments. I also foster connections across engineering, sales, and operations teams, facilitating collaboration and resulting in successfully launched solutions and programs. To complement my area of focus, I\'m passionate about finding ways to address climate change and applying my change management and strategy skills to make a positive impact.
