I am responsible for booking patient appointments along with waiting list management, clinic rescheduling as well as inquiries from all manner of colleagues and patients. This involves good communication to ensure a high quality service is provided when liaising with patients, GP’s and consultants to ensure patient’s appointments are appropriately made, and clinics run efficiently with health professionals to ensure patients receive appropriate and timely care.
