ABOUT DONNA KRAINERT
I am working in the Fruitland Park Wells Fargo bank as a teller! In 2017, I moved to Florida to be near my parents. I worked full time from home until June 2018 where Wells Fargo then assisted me in finding my new part time job with them! Prior to July 2018, my career included 28 years within the brokerage industry beginning with A.G. Edwards & Sons, then Wachovia Securities and ending with Wells Fargo Advisors (one company who changed through 2 mergers). I have a diverse background from business analyst, to project manager, to user-centered designer to manager (of various teams). From 2007 to 2018, I worked in the User-Centered Design team of Wells Fargo Advisors. I began as a practitioner and ended as a manager. We not only designed intuitive user interface applications for our Financial Advisors, we made a point to understand their entire experience when designing a new tool for them. This helped to ensure the entire experience was efficient and easy. Wells Fargo is a great firm to work for!
