No one tells you out loud. I am an Executive Leadership Coach and Business Advisor. I work with senior executives and founders who are succeeding by every external measure and privately operating beneath their own capacity. The executives are disappearing inside roles they have outgrown. The founder\'s identity and expanding business are not aligned. They are not broken. They come because they are accomplished and incomplete at the same time. They need someone who can hold both of those truths with equal respect. Most coaches have studied transformation. I have lived it. Many times. Not as a facilitator for someone else\'s reinvention. My life required it. I have scaled businesses to seven figures. I have rebuilt from the ground up, personally and professionally. I know with precision what it costs to stand in the middle of your own dismantling before you can see what is being built. I did 350 hours of ICF Coach credential training to guide others through same. That is not a backstory detail. It is the works\' foundation. My proprietary Ambition to Authority Architecture™ uses a term I coined: Forensic Identity Reconstruction: a deep, evidence-based process that surfaces the thread running through everything you have already built, documents it with irrefutable clarity, and delivers what no program has ever given you.
