Extremely thorough with a appetite for success!As a self-motivated Senior Manager whose fundamental focus has been on delivering strategic measures which have proven to be key in staff retention and organic growth within the FM industry. I have rolled out and implemented business change, linking it to improving daily activities to produce greater strategic focus for the management teams. Having introduced continuous improvement, starting with leadership and improvement champions to increased portfolio profitability. The aim is to drive Continuous improvement top down and bottom up. I have worked with teams which have thrown up a number of challenges. I have the natural instinct to identify risks and introduce counter measures to prevent accidents occurring. I am customer focused, tenacious, target driven and self motivated with a positive attitude. I am a team player as well as being able to work alone. I try to establish what needs prioritising before it becomes a priority.
