ABOUT DONNA HARVEY-ARNELL

I am a committed individual, who believes loyalty to my company and the team have been at the heart of my success. A natural leader I have found communication to be key to achieving objectives and my innate ability to negotiate has enabled me to engage with all stakeholders ensuring success. My organisational skills, combined with a co-operative attitude in all that I do means that I tend to meet with minimal resistance when making large scale change, I believe a well-placed sensitivity to others needs complements this.Friends and colleagues say that I am an extrovert and enthusiastic individual, who is always supportive, a real team player, who is energetic but always dependable. Certainly my sporting friends would swear resourceful and utterly determined were key areas in my sporting success. I would like to believe and certainly strive to ensure integrity is a key component in all that I do, I try to be conscientious and reliable so that my employer, friends and family trust me completely, I have always tried to be an ambassador for my company and believe if key people in the county were asked this, they would in fact support my aspiration. Finally at the risk of sounding like a cliché, I believe hard work in the workplace and on the sporting field cannot be substituted by anything.These skills and attributes have come from a divergent but strangely interconnected background, that of the military and commercial world, where people are always the key to success.I have extensive experience in project management, sales skills, digital media, email marketing, coaching, together with sales and personal motivation.
