Skills include: all facets of a successful IPO, extensive M&A experience and mobility tracking management; superior analytical, prioritization and decision-making abilities; exceptional organizational and communication skills, emphasizing simplification of complex concepts for employee education; a confident public speaker; ability to effectively plan, coordinate and meet deadlines on multiple projects.
