Donna started her career in escrow in 1983 as a receptionist for an independent escrow company in San Gabriel Valley. Within years she worked her way to escrow officer and was soon handling a high volume desk of resale, commercial, mobile home escrows and concurrent exchanges. Her dedication to the escrow profession is apparent as earned her Professional Designation of Certified Escrow Officer from the California Escrow Association in 1990. She has served as President of San Gabriel Escrow Association and after moving to San Diego, she joined the San Diego County Escrow Association and soon was elected by her peers to serve as President. Knowing that keeping well informed of changes in laws and escrow procedure she has served as Director to the California Escrow Association and attended meetings all over the state of California to discuss education among escrow professionals. She has also served as a delegate to the American Escrow Association. Donna was selected as the 3rd top closer in the country by Fannie Mae 2 years in a row in the late 90’s meeting the criteria of accuracy, closing dates and customer service reviews. Donna knows being selected as the escrow holder in a contract is an honor, one that she takes seriously and does with professionalism and enthusiasm.
