About Donna Hall

I was very fortunate to spend 35 of my 37 years in media with one company…Cox Enterprises. And they are the best of the best! I was given opportunities to work in each of the traditional media platforms with 25 of my years spent in the radio division. The majority of that time was running clusters of radio stations. Through my years honing skills in sales, marketing, research, news, content, P&L management, and the overall running of a business, my greatest love was the leadership of people. Helping others grow and develop was, by far, my favorite thing about being a leader in each of the positions I held. Cox is a very generous company to their employees and one of the ways they show generosity is by providing many of their leaders executive coaches at appropriate times. I had the great blessing of working with a coach a few times in my career and the experiences had such a profound impact on me that I decided I wanted to be a Coach in my post-Cox career. It became a long-term goal. After retiring from Cox in April of 2022, I enrolled at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University to receive my Foundations and Advanced Certifications in Executive Coaching in March, 2023 to launch my own company in Executive Coaching. My hope and goal is to have a similar, profound impact on others that my coaches have had on me in my career.
