My job is to make sure our team is delivering brilliant digital services for our public sector clients—and making sure we hit our financial targets (the P&L part!).The way we get it done is by running a Team of Teams approach. I\'m all about building an empowered culture where smaller, specialised teams can move fast and support each other. This setup lets us stay super focused on our specific customer needs while keeping the entire enterprise moving forward.
