The portfolio spans across multiple therapeutic areas, including Respiratory & Immunology; Cardiovascular, Metabolic and Renal Diseases; Vaccines and Immune Therapies; and Oncology. Accountabilities span the entire development lifecycle, from drug candidate selection to clinical trials and commercialization, encompassing all drug product and device development CMC activities and global regulatory submissions. Scope includes development of drug products, drug delivery systems, injection devices; manufacturing process development and technology transfer; and technical support and life cycle management of commercial products. Modalities include all protein therapeutics and novel modalities (RNA, peptides, cell therapies and vaccines). Notable device technologies include prefilled syringes, auto-injectors, injection pens, on-body delivery systems, subcutaneous infusion systems, direct-to-organ delivery systems, connected devices and other systems. Extensive experience working with global external development partners and contract manufacturing organizations.
