ABOUT DONNA COUPLAND

A highly motivated and self-driven Project Manager with a strong and passionate character. I have a proven track record for managing and leading successful change projects through the end-to-end lifecycle. With strong experience in managing projects in both waterfall and agile methodologies. My projects have included all aspects of technology encompassing; infrastructure, development, migration, architecture, testing and business delivery. I have extensive experience of driving and motivating large teams across complex project with multiple work streams. I have managed numerous offshore teams and third parties. I achieve excellent delivery results for implementation of projects to time, quality and budget, embedding a culture of openness and approachability within my teams ensuring that, risks and general concerns are identified and highlighted early on in order to reduce issues faced. I possess exceptional banking experience across the retail, lending and credit card businesses in the UK. I have excellent communication skills at all levels within the organisation, from presenting to the board of directors, running steering groups (project and programme level), internal and external supplier management and workshops, as well as management of delivery leads.
