Professional ballerina turned commercial real estate addict. My diversified background includes transactional real estate, building sales, leasing, asset repositioning, and property management. I held a California contractor (Class B - expired) and oversaw large and small tenant improvements. I am experienced with all commercial product type, with specialization in retail and industrial. Prior to joining KWP Real Estate, I was Vice President of Operations for Pan Pacific Retail Properties where I oversaw management and leasing of 58 grocery anchored shopping centers. I was involved in taking the company public and had an opportunity to \"ring the bell\" at the NY Stock Exchange. I oversee business development throughout the Western United States, expanding both our property management and brokerage groups. My current team includes property managers, accountants, brokers and constructions managers. Clients include private equity, family office and institutional owners. I am a past President of NAIOP Sacramento Valley Chapter and am active in government affairs. My daughter and I have been active participants in the National Charity League for over 8 years, volunteering throughout Northern California. I have a child with special needs so the Special Olympics is one of our favorite philanthropies.*KWP offers boutique, hands on service, competitive with other national firms.
