Yet, even established organizations with strong missions can find themselves sidetracked by inefficient operations, haphazard project management, and poor team communication. I have enjoyed a successful career in nonprofit management leading administrative teams in the delivery of high quality community-based vocational, residential, medical, and behavioral services for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. My strong project management, operations, and service design and delivery experience is supplemented by an extensive working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing community-based services. I am proud to have achieved the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification which supplements my expertise in strategic planning, outcomes measurement and management, accreditation and licensure, quality assurance systems, human resources administration, employee development, grant writing, safety program design, and physical plant management.
