ABOUT DONNA BRADSHAW

My mission is to drive organisational success by prioritising people at the heart of leadership and culture. I achieve this through a focused portfolio of work as a coach, strategic advisor, and board member, supporting clients who aim to cultivate people-focused cultures and leadership. After 16 years as the founder and CEO of the award-winning Prospect Business Consulting, I was honored in 2022 to join the joint board of Well North Enterprises/Prospect Business Consulting, now rebranded as 360 Degree Society. Our mission is to foster healthy and vibrant communities and organizations through people-centric initiatives. In 2022, I was also appointed as the University of Liverpool’s first Honorary Entrepreneur Coach in Residence. In this role, for two years I supported academic spin-out businesses and their founders through comprehensive coaching, leadership, and team development. Additionally, I continue to run my own coaching practice, providing tailored coaching and mentoring to senior leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and teams across diverse sectors, from technology to the creative industries. Beyond my professional endeavors, I enjoy my life split between Manchester and the south west of France and I have a deep passion for the arts, music, and the creative industries. I maintain a strong connection with Manchester’s leading music and arts venue, the Carlton Club, where I served as a CIC director for six years and co-led its transformation during Covid into a thriving community hub and Skiddle’s No. 1 music venue in Manchester at the time of writing.
