   Responsible for working with local Area Representatives and assist in the matching of high school exchange students to host families and local high schools. This job brings a meaningful impact on my everyday life and to the lives of many others. As a State Coordinator I\'m able to work from home and this position is incentivized with a bonus structure. The people are the reason why I wanted to be an Area Coordinator. You feel a sense of team working with others and the director. I loved getting to know the students, families and building relationships with the schools. It gives us work from home benefits but allows for lots of support when something comes up.Our exchange students are top-notch kids which come from a variety of countries. We are always looking for Area Reps to help find suitable host families for inbound students as well as ensure a school to enroll in. The Area Coordinator can step in anytime to help this process along so that her team succeeds. Once you have obtained a school and a host family, the job is fairly simple and quite enjoyable!
