Responsible for delivering complex programs involving multi-vendor ecosystems, managed service providers, and mission-critical capital markets platforms.Key Responsibilities & Achievements• Delivered the enterprise implementation of a Federated Single Sign-On (SSO) platform with zero production issues, strengthening identity access management and platform security.• Led the rollout of Dynatrace observability, improving end-to-end transaction visibility, monitoring, and performance diagnostics across critical applications.• Manage cross-functional onshore and offshore teams, coordinating vendors, MSPs, and internal stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant program delivery.• Lead governance and delivery of a Data Centre Migration program (5 PMs, 28 workstreams) supporting Securities Industry Services.• Lead program governance and executive reporting for the Securities Industry Services Data Centre Migration program, presenting weekly Steering Committee updates to Director and VP leadership and bi-weekly executive briefings to the SVP.• Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) across a complex ecosystem including 1 MSP, 8 vendors, 8 clients, and 10 client third-party providers.• Directed implementation of network connectivity and SD-WAN architecture, ensuring resilient and secure integrations across client environments.• Successfully executed the Disaster Recovery (DR) site migration with zero service disruption and currently leading the Production site migration, including vendor cutover and client readiness planning.• Initiated planning for the annual Disaster Recovery test, validating operational readiness and recovery objectives (RTO/RPO).
