Manage a team of desktop engineers and junior system admins in providing the USCG windows standard desktop image to endpoints both on shore and afloat. Key accomplishments include: Consistently delivered Windows 10/11 secure host baseline image to USCG workstations. Engineered and managed the migration from Internet Explorer to Microsoft Edge Implemented standard engineering practices and PDCA process. Developed detailed project plans in conjunction with customer and stakeholders. Interfaced with USCG, US Navy, and other groups to improve workflows and reduced time to delivery by 50%. Expanded management responsibilities to include ICAM and DaaS. Engaged with Microsoft, DISA and other DoD branches as part of the Windows 10 Technology Adoption Program. Improved workflow and engineer accountability by implementing AGILE methodologies to our Windows 10 image development cycle this led to a reduction in engineering time by 75% and an overall time to deployment by 50%. Current projects include: Windows 11 engineering and implementation inTune policy migration from on-prem group policy
