Responsible for the Regional (North America) Quality Control Organization and all related activities including certification against the latest ISO 9001 standard and maintain/develop, together with the HSE group, multi-site certification for the region.• Manage the regional Quality Control team.• Supervise the maintenance of all documentation and reporting related to the Quality Management System.• Supervise the creation, implementation, and adjustment processes of quality control and assurance goals, objectives and procedures.• Identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve quality related issues.• Collect, analyze, and summarize quality control/assurance trends and data, compile information into reports, present reports, provide recommendations and ensure proper follow up.• Facilitate development, implementation and management key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility. Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.• Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall Quality Plan.• Manage relationship with external auditors and with customers during audits/visits.
