About Don Mahoney

Don is President of Products & Innovation for SNP Group. In this role, Don is responsible for aligning SNP’s product strategy with customer and market priorities, driving the company’s Idea-to-Market process, and delivering successful outcomes for customers and partners across SNP’s Kyano software portfolio. Prior to this role at SNP, Don served as Chief Customer Officer for SNP’s North American business, responsible for driving customer success, retention, and growth through the delivery of exceptional end-to-end customer experiences. Before joining SNP, Don spent 14 years with global enterprise software giant, SAP, most recently as SVP and Global General Manager of the Strategic Customer Program (SCP) and Member of the Senior Executive Team. In this role, Don was responsible for leading SAP\'s global SCP organization, a business whose customers account for 20% of SAP\'s overall global revenues. Prior to that, Don served as Global VP of SAP\'s Chemical Industry Business Unit, with responsibility for ensuring superior return on IT investment while driving profitable growth across SAP’s solution portfolio for the global chemical industry; a figure which more than doubled during his tenure.Don is also a business & technology author; an Advisory Board Member at cyber-physical security leader, Alert Enterprise and R&D and innovation leader, Albert Invent; and sits on the Dean\'s Advisory Board for Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship (ICE Council) at the Villanova School of Business.A multidisciplinary senior executive, P&L leader and entrepreneur, Don has extensive experience launching and commercializing technology-rich business and engineering software solutions; successfully managing complex customer relationships; and expanding market share both domestically and globally. With more than 15 years of international experience, Don has lived in Germany, Luxembourg, Brazil, Australia and Canada, and has managed international partner relationships across Europe and Asia. Don is both a US and Irish citizen; has earned multiple degrees in business & engineering; is co-author of a chemical engineering textbook on distillation & process control; and is currently authoring a new business textbook entitled ELEVATION.
