Donise Dukes is the Vice President of Federal Affairs for ITC Holdings Corp. Ms. Dukes has more than 20 years\' experience managing government and political affairs at the federal level. She is responsible for leading ITC’s federal affairs team to shape and advance national energy policy that helps expand, modernize, and integrate the high-capacity transmission network. Throughout her career, she has worked in various policy and advocacy roles – in both the corporate and nonprofit sector as well as political campaigns. Prior to joining ITC, she served as the Federal Affairs Director for Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG), where she was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s engagement strategies with elected officials and key policymakers on clean energy issues. In addition to her role at ITC, Ms. Dukes serves as President for the boards of the National Energy Resources Organization and Clean Energy Grid Action, as well as a member of the Policy and Advocacy Steering Committee for American Clean Power Association. She volunteers as a Coach for Character Counts, a nonprofit, nonpartisan initiative to build character among children and youth in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. Ms. Dukes earned a Masters in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from Salisbury University
