As a Youth Worker, I plan, develop, and facilitate youth training programs based on non-formal education methodologies. I have designed, co-developed, and conducted a six-month program focused on Youth Work and soft skills. Additionally, I developed a toolkit for youth workers, which compiles various workshops for different youth activities, particularly focusing on Youth Work in the Western Balkans.
