ABOUT DONIELLE BUNYARD
Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Instructional Assistant I help educators, students, and their families meet educational goals to ensure diverse learners thrive. With over 3+ years of experience supporting children with special needs, I’ve developed strong academic and behavioral intervention skills which have positively impacted over 100 children and their families. Some examples of my work include: Providing social/emotional support to 30 students on a weekly basis. Implement both 1:1 and class-wide behavior management strategies that support the educational environment Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to ensure instruction meets the needs of diverse learners. Educate over 10 parents and family members to encourage parent involvement and develop skills necessary for effective implementation of treatment plans I enjoy the daily challenge of maintaining a vigorous schedule and adapting lessons from established curricula to meet student needs.
