   As an Owner, Client Leader, and Architect for BHDP, I am responsible for the Southeast operations which serve Clients both locally and throughout the U.S. such as Fidelity, CVS/Aetna, Wells Fargo, Merck, Altria, BCBSNC, NCSECU, NCSU, UNC, and General Dynamics. I have extensive experience in all phases of the design process including strategic planning, programming, project management, marketing, pre-design services, and change management. I manage BHDP’s Southeast team and I am currently integrating process tools to link strategic planning and change management to the design of the work environment. It is my responsibility to deliver exceptional client experiences throughout the project visioning, design, development, and occupancy. By working with clients to design environements that affect the key behaviors necessary to acheive strategic results, we deliver on our promis: Design for People.
