   Selected accomplishments:Chat with Medical Records: Spearheaded development of POC application using LLMs and a multi-agent framework on medical data to a) Summarize a patient’s medical history and conditions based on diagnosis, procedures, medications, lab test results, and doctor’s notes. b) Anticipate potential future health conditions. c) Create a chatbot that enables patients and healthcare providers to ask questions and retrieve insights from the patient\'s records.Interpretable Hierarchical Attention Network Model: Initiated and led development of innovative deep learning model with hierarchical attention structure. Model processes time-ordered raw medical data from claims, lab tests, and EMR to predict a patient’s medical condition, eliminating need for complex data engineering. It not only delivered more accurate predictions than traditional machine learning methods but also provided interpretability by identifying which past medical events contribute most to prediction. Presented and published at 2024 12th International Conference on Healthcare Informatics.Medicare Stars: a) Developed models to predict CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) cut points for all Medicare Star measures used to assign ratings (1 - 5 stars) to Medicare Advantage contracts. My predictions outperformed those of all other Anthem Hackathon competitors, including major consulting firms. b) Predicted contract compliance rates for HEDIS and drug measures. c) Forecasted member compliance status for HEDIS measures. d) Predicted hemoglobin A1C values for members with diabetes. e) Automated the entire end-to-end process.Medicare Risk Adjustment: Developed a model to predict providers\' HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) capture and recapture rates, enabling more accurate risk adjustment for Medicare beneficiaries.
