Streamlined deployment process by revamping single-region turning up for 94 Cloud to Prodservices. Enabled new region turnup without global production pushes across 18 regions- Migrated 94 Cloud to Prod services and completed CLI for batch deleting files, also started aborgcron job to check if Infra Turndown run every service and report results, which could maketurndowns automated- Instrumented new Monarch metrics needed in the ESF Cloud to Prod code and created a viceroy dashboard to monitor Cloud to Prod API calls. Improved 4% monitoring success rate by migrating from Gwslogs to Monarch metrics- Enabled self-managed configuration by supporting GFE backend timeout of 1 min in launchparameters and Cloud to Prod master turnup.
