ABOUT DON ESPARZA

My creativity, problem solving, and building trusted relationships serve as the foundation for everything I do. Insurance can be confusing, so I strive to take all factors into consideration to creatively generate winning scenarios that benefit all parties involved. I enjoy insurance, and love helping clients understand it while infusing fun and humor along the way.Growing up in a small town in Central California, I never expected that my career would afford me the opportunity to meet and collaborate with people across every part of the state. From Eureka to El Centro, I’ve worked with brokers and business owners alike to build winning programs that are actionable and simple to implement. Whether working with a single individual, a small startup, or a national company, the people who make up the California business community never cease to amaze me. Since starting in insurance at a young age, I’ve chased the American dream, have worked my way up, and have cultivated a career focused on building and mentoring teams to optimize operations, establish sales plans, and deliver key business initiatives that drive profitable growth.Additionally, working to uncover a person\'s perspective and motivation helps me deliver custom solutions and influence decisions to ensure that everyone succeeds.
