Palmetto Counseling Associates is a concierge style mental health practice. Our patients have access to Dr. DuBose for medication management and brief counseling. There are a limited number of patients accepted into the practice so that there is little wait time for appointments. Telehealth is available as well as phone appointments. Depression and ADHD cases are readily accepted. Other diagnoses are accepted on a case by case basis.
