About Don Dees

Don Dees has over 30 years of leadership experience in world-class manufacturing that include the Domestic “Big 3”, European, and Asian manufacturers. Don Dees was the CEO & President of BHM (Brown (matcor-matsu.com); Heckethorn (hecomfg.com); Morton Industries (mortonind.com)); a $400M Manufacturer of complex stampings, weldings, & assemblies for Automotive, Agriculture, Mining, and Energy Industries. Prior to joining BHM, Mr. Dees held the positions of Vice President of Quality and Service at Hyundai Motor America; VP of Manufacturing and VP of Quality at Daimler Chrysler; General Manager of Quality and Manufacturing at Toyota; and, while at General Motors Corporation, Mr. Dees held executive positions of increasing responsibility in the United States, Canada, Germany, and England. Don has experience managing a Private Equity Group (three (3) companies) with sales of $400M and people; and responsible for other profit and loss operations (with the revenues that he was responsible for) of greater than $20 billion & responsible for people. Don has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Administration (Industrial Engineering and Finance) from General Motors Institute. Don also attended Harvard Graduate Business School’s Executive Development Program. Don is also a Master Black Belt/Six Sigma/Shainin in Quality. Don has 20 years of international experience; working and/or living in China, Japan, Korea, England, Germany, Mexico, and Canada.
