ABOUT DON BRINKMANN

I am a Licensed Architect in the state of Colorado, and have 30 plus years of experience on Mixed-use, Commercial, Office and Multifamily projects typically exceeding 20 million in costs. Specific skills are focused on construction document coordination, construction administration and field observation. Adept at document review, coordination of consultant work, submittal reviews, field reports and client/contractor communications. Have written and interpreted code reviews and specifications on numerous projects. Enjoy interacting with contractors and trades to resolve field issues and to ensure best workmanship and quality results. Before joining OZ Architecture in 2016 I ran my own practice, B-jamin Studio for four years and prior to that spent 20 years at ESA Architects, seven years as a principal, gaining experience in personnel management, work load scheduling, billing, budget management, liability and legal issues and other core aspects of the firm.
