As a Scrum Master, I am a key member of an Agile Scrum team that facilitates and supports the Scrum process. My primary responsibility is to ensure that the team adheres to the Scrum framework and that the team is fully functional, productive, and focused on achieving the project goals. Some of my key responsibilities as a Scrum Master include:1. Protecting the team: The Scrum Master acts as a shield for the team, protecting them from external distractions and disruptions that may prevent them from achieving their goals.5. Facilitating team communication: The Scrum Master facilitates communication between team members and ensures that all team members are aware of the progress and status of the project.6. Monitoring team performance: The Scrum Master monitors the team\'s progress and performance, and identifies opportunities for improvement.7. Promoting self-organization: The Scrum Master promotes self-organization within the team, encouraging team members to take ownership of their work and collaborate effectively.Overall, A Scrum Master plays a crucial role in enabling the team to work effectively and efficiently, and in ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

M.Donato D’Alessandro cumule plus de 25 ans dans le domaine des technologies de l’information. D’Alessandro est reconnu pour son professionnalisme, son sens de l’engagement et du devoir, ses capacités à s’adapter et à résoudre des situations problématiques ainsi que son écoute auprès de ses interlocuteurs. Ses principaux atouts, associés à son enthousiasme, lui ont permis de livrer avec succès les différents projets qui lui ont été confiés tout en démontrant un niveau élevé de leadership ainsi que ses qualités de mobilisateur et de rassembleur.
