Optimize and develop the delivery process, in alignment with Global direction and strategy, in order to reach excellent results in terms of costs and service performances. • Establish, start-up and maintain the transport network and operations Middle East, by creating and supporting a team of people directly responsible of operations and securing the right level of cooperation with relevant stakeholders• Plan, organize and follow up the handover of transport operations from another office, without business interruption• Secure the proper organization in place to successfully take over additional responsibilities, including recruitment, introduction and training of new co-workers• Contribute to the definition and implementation of Emergency Response Plan in different situations: • Constantly coach and develop co-workers and leaders, using situational leadership whenever needed• Contribute to the development and local fulfillment of Transport and Supply Chain relevant Routines and Working Methods• Establish the right communication and cooperation with all stakeholders
