ABOUT DONATELLA DEFAZIO
I am a third-year student at St. Lawrence University majoring in Mathematics and am involved in the 3+2 Environmental/Energy Engineering. With an attentive eye for detail and an interest in problem-solving, I continue to hone my strong analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills to tackle the complexity of our environmental problems. I have witnessed firsthand the impact of climate change, having spent summers on the coast of Rhode Island. From the devastation of ecosystems affected by coastal erosion to the transformational effects of solar wind farms in the Block Island Sound, I am determined to be a leader in advancing technologies and projects that will provide reliable, sustainable energy to the world.
