I\'ve got full end-to-end accountability across Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Delivery, with a single focus on growing in a way that\'s repeatable, scalable and commercially disciplined.On the growth side: go-to-market strategy, pipeline quality and the tight alignment between marketing and commercial outcomes. On the operating side: delivery performance, consistency at scale, and ensuring what we sell is what we deliver.Underpinning all of it is leading The Rec Hub\'s evolution towards a more mature, RPO-led model, shaping the frameworks and client partnerships that make that transition stick and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
