I founded the Future Innovators Network (FIN) Foundation to give underserved youth hands-on access to technology, teach the low-code and AI skills they need to solve local problems, and connect them to remote-work opportunities that lift their communities. Our first chapter is already running in Harare, Zimbabwe, and we are laying the groundwork to open an Atlanta, Georgia chapter in 2026.

ABOUT DONALD SANGWEME
I help organizations capture value from mergers and divestitures by turning prototypes into revenue-generating products, embedding AI into critical workflows, and unifying technology stacks after the deal closes. In my case, that means building compendiums, valuation models, and go-to-market playbooks; weaving LLMs, process-mining insights, and low-code accelerators into end-to-end automation; and aligning data models, APIs, and security controls so newly combined entities run as one. I’ve led cross-continental teams, advised C-suite stakeholders, and delivered measurable results across healthcare, finance, and telecom. Outside work, you’ll find me helping people learn more about technology through my non profit The FIN Foundation or at the racetrack.
