Manage all operations of the School of Professional Studies Facilities at Lewisohn Hall, 33 West 60th St, and the CDL Times Square Location. Support the School of Professional Studies Pre-College Summer program by building out and managing their office spaces, and addressing any facilities issues with their classes. This program has over students. Support the School of Professional Studies classrooms that are at Riverside Church and International House in the Fall and Spring semesters. These classes have over students. Create, Prepare, and Monitor all physical space within the School of Professional Studies which includes classrooms, offices, and event spaces. Oversee all maintenance issues within all the buildings that are routine, scheduled, or emergency with Campus Central Facilities and external vendors. Responsible for ensuring all required building inspections are done in compliance with New York City, New York State and Federal Laws/Regulations (DOB, FDNY, and Con Edison, etc.)
