Don Quinn is the founding partner of Quinn Patton, LC—a civil rights and employment law firm built on the belief that justice is personal, and that the law, when wielded well, can be both sword and shield.He leads a practice that represents both sides of the workplace equation: federal employees facing discrimination, retaliation, or wrongful termination, and businesses, nonprofits, and institutions seeking guidance through the shifting terrain of employment law. Whether he\'s defending a whistleblower or helping an employer navigate succession planning, Don brings the same clarity of counsel and strategic focus—always rooted in integrity, always human-first.Much of his work takes place on federal ground: before the EEOC, the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and in federal courtrooms across Maryland, D.C, and on appeal before the Fourth and Federal Circuits.
