Spectrum employs over 1,400 employees in over 50 worksites throughout Michigan. Donald earned his Master of Science in Human Resources and Organization Development (MSHROD) from Eastern Michigan University\'s College of Business and is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) through the HRCI. Donald is a 18 year member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Coalition of Personnel Administrators (COPA).
