   While most of the financial services industry has struggled with cost basis reporting requirements which are more complicated than assembly instructions from our favorite Swedish furniture manufacturer, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has helped tame and master Cost Basis Reporting (CBR) and Compliance.As a Consultant and Implementation Manager for WKFS\' GainsKeeper Brokerage, I have been heavily involved in providing consulting and implementation services for all three phases of the Emergency Economic and Stabilization Act of 2008.
