   As President and Founder of Coast 2 Coast Trucking Permits, I’ve led the growth of a nationwide authority in trucking compliance, permitting, and operational support for carriers and logistics companies of all sizes.Over the past 14 years, I’ve built Coast 2 Coast into a trusted partner for Oversize/Overweight (OSOW) permits, temporary trip/fuel permits, IFTA and IRP compliance, and end-to-end regulatory solutions — delivering unmatched speed, service, and industry expertise.Key Responsibilities & Leadership Highlights: • Founded and scaled one of the nation’s most responsive trucking permit agencies. • Oversaw development of permit issuance systems and internal automations. • Built and trained a high-performance team managing thousands of permits monthly. • Developed strong relationships with state transportation agencies and compliance partners. • Consulted with midsize and enterprise-level carriers to optimize their permitting processes and reduce compliance costs. • Launched InstantPermits.com, an extension of Coast 2 Coast, offering a streamlined digital permitting experience for fast ordering. • Currently leading new product development, including AI-powered compliance tools, carrier dashboards, and dispatch-integrated systems to shape the future of logistics compliance.Notable Projects & Initiatives: • Expanded into 48 states, offering full-scale OSOW and temporary permit services. • Implementing a new AI Permit Assistant platform for high-value carrier subscription services. • Actively building enterprise-level dashboards for compliance, registration, renewals, and ELD integration.
