Manage the inspections of all building electrical systems, and its components to comply with the plans, specifications, NEC, design and Quality Control Plan (QCP) set into place by the key stakeholders of the project. Manage inspections where they relate to mechanical, low voltage, plumbing, sprinkler systems and fire/life safety systems.Inspections on all electrical components for damage and the documentation of the condition of electrical apparatus and components before installation. Also, inspect as well as document all finished work including wiring and labeling according to the specifications of the equipment from the manufacturer and project requirements. Check reports to ensure proper testing has been completed. Log all finished work by photographing, and documenting the components installed with the proper checklist in BIM. All data is uploaded daily into QAQC data base that is monitored by the company and project stakeholders. Direct and train QAQC inspectors on the QAQC Standard of Operation Procedures for deliverables and Quality Control Plan.
