   As a Franchisee of Subway you are solely responsible for all aspects of your business. Because of the vast number of Subway restaurants in any given area you must be able to successfully manage, market, and maintain brand standards or your Subway will fail. A few things I did as a franchisee of Subway were the following:Achieved company success through effective recruiting, hiring, training, and assessing employees. Organized and managed records of all employees.Developed and implemented training programs.Successfully created and implemented ad campaign to appeal to a mass audience. Increased sales by double digits year over year of multiple Subway Restaurants.Worked directly with corporate offices to maintain brand standards and values.Compiled various reports ranging from employee data, to sales, and expenses, as well as effectively evaluating these reports.Being a business owner has allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set, including the ability to discern an individual\'s core attributes and their work ethic. I understand every position has different needs, and it is vital to put people in places so they can succeed. Within my 17 years of professional business ownership, I have had the privilege of hiring thousands of individuals.
