Married to my best friend and confidante, Pat. We have 5 children and 13 grandchildren;**Served in United States Navy 19••••70 **Employed by FAA; National Airport and Oakland Bay TRACON; 1970 to 1980 ** Bachelor of Science Degree; Business Administration, 1979, California State University **Began Real Estate Career in 1981 Top Producer, 100% club, numerous Top Sales awards and a Lifetime member of the Distinguished Sales club of Anne Arundel County. It is my belief to keep the process of buying or selling a home as simple as possible, providing my clients with as much useful information as possible so they can make informed decisions; they need to know where pitfalls may lie and how various provisions in a contract of sale may impact them, adversely or beneficially. There are hundreds of \"bumps\" in the road from contract to settlement and beyond settlement. My experience has enabled me to know what to look for; anticipate the hazard and know how to avoid it.
