ABOUT DONALD RAY COOK

Donald is a highly accomplished Senior Executive (Pharmaceutical, Business, Law Enforcement, Sales, Start-up) leader who builds productive relationships with global colleagues, direct reports, stakeholders, and strategic partners. He received a B.S. in Management, and a M.S. in Management & Leadership. Since 1986, Donald is proudly serving in Law Enforcement and held the position of Chief of Police. He is a graduate of the 104th Session of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA). Donald has bridged the science solutions and operational gaps between Clinical Development, Clinical Trial Operations phases Late Phase, Real-World Evidence (RWE), Project Management, Medical Affairs, HEOR, CRO-Vendor Oversight, Central Lab Services, Business Development, Sales, and Commercialization. In Academia, he served as the Executive Director - Clinical Trials Program for Indiana University Department/School of Medicine. Donald was the Strategic Architect that created three top enrolling multi-therapeutic US Clinical Research Programs. Donald was a member of a clinical team that delivered from First Patient Visit to regulatory approval in 62 months reducing the R&D timeline by 5 years. He is the architect of the Study Start-Up, Data Delivery, and Milestone Metrics Management solutions that have delivered Interim-Final DataLocks in over 300 global protocols/900 projects 38 days ahead of schedule. Donald led an innovative team that was focused on providing an outsourced Functional Service Provider (FSP) delivery model to the pharmaceutical industry. The FSP provided clients the Control, Visibility, Communication, Quality, and Dedicated Project Team Retention required to deliver superior multi-therapeutic Project Management Governance, Clinical Trial Management, Risk Based Monitoring Oversight, and DataLocks “Right the First Time, On-Time, and On-Target” Donald is experienced in assessing marketing opportunities and leading business development sales teams that has driven client satisfaction, commercial effectiveness, accelerated revenue growth, and taken market share. He leads global teams to “Out Pace in Their Space” which has effectively reinforced the commitment to clients/new business opportunities that Donald\'s global teams deliver quality services that exceeded internal/external stakeholder expectations. This unique sales leadership combination has led to record revenue growth during a 19-month period totaling $302 million. He has also led a Clinical Operations/BD sales teams that delivered an increase of Actual vs. Plan Revenue growth by $107 million.
