About Donald Pollock

As a business and product consultant with over 17 years of experience, I provide consulting services within the insurance industry and partner with groups on retail store and product projects. I collaborate with multiple insurance agencies and assist with retirement plan setup, implementation, and sales training. I also leverage my expertise in workforce recruitment and retention strategies for sales force development. In addition to my consulting role, I have been an adjunct faculty at Cincinnati State for 12 years, where I teach a variety of courses in humanities, science, and human diversity. I develop and deliver class curriculum focused on subjects such as emotional intelligence and diversity, using sound adult learning methodologies. I also serve as a key advisor for the Women\'s Empowerment Committee and the Black Male Initiative, providing insight into the current issues concerning human diversity and society. I am passionate about empowering businesses and learners with consulting and education, and I strive to achieve excellence in both fields.

Deliver insight and key perspectives in instructional implementation that broadens student thinking and fosters new ideas and perception into the classroom.
